SONEROS DE VERDAD

The European Capital of Culture – Pafos2017 and the Municipality of Pegeia present the authentic and diverse rhythms of Cuban music, from the second generation of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club. The band, of which Pio Leyva was one of its founding members, is led by Luis Frank Arias, a genuine representative of Son Cubano, who combines masterfully the new with the old.

Participating artists: Luis Frank Arias (vocals), Leriosver Moracen Alemani (trumpet), Nicolás Sirgado (bass, vocals), Sergio Veranes (tres cubano, vocals), Querol Aldana (guitar, vocals), Vivo Barrera (percussion) and Fabián Sirgado (congas, vocals).
