Please understand that depression in some is a symptomatic effect of the consciousness shift experienced at this time by many people. It's the manifestation of the "Dark Night of the Soul" that one goes through during the ascension into higher consciousness during this time.
People need LOVE and plenty of SUPPORT during this time, and for the understanding that THEY ARE NOT ALONE in feeling this way. Refer below for a great article on what this means and what to expect. However, please note, there may be several shifts of these bouts of deep depression, but once it is over there will be UNFATHOMED PEACE, LOVE and JOY experienced that NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY, as well as being ONE with the CREATOR.
Everyone is different, so it's not a one fit for all expectation. Let people know that they're deeply loved as they ascend into higher states consciousness.
