Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience Required
• Advanced Degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights or other related fields;
• Professional experience on children with disabilities related issues , i.e. Knowledge and awareness of the situation of the children with disabilities in Albania ;
• Similar previous work in conducting researches and evaluation in social field;
• Excellent oral and written communication and drafting skills in Albanian and English;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure;
• Adhere to the timelines of the consultancy.
