At the end of our nightly walk we end it now with an RV/ HARMONY PULSE "(Zorra Style).
Preferably barefoot on bare ground/grass/snow and ice if available (for Gaia and our brothers and sisters below)
If you can't get outside, no worries.
Simply:
*Palms flat together
*Do a 5,4,3,2,1 count down while rubbing your palms flat together (CREATE SOME HEAT)
*Palms to the sky and speak your message. We turn 360 degrees so everyone gets it..
Example:
"RV/ HARMONY PULSE... RECEIVE!!
Thank you for being here to help us and protect us. We rise up in vibration of spirit to GET THIS DONE!
