Today, on what was referred to as a "sitrep" titled "Invitation" (http://inteldinarchronicles.blogspot.com/2017/05/invitation-intel-sitrep-monday-may-8.html), stated the following words, "It's truly a matter of when the actual coordinated in-take "invitation" releases--which by the grace of God is finally a structural reality for all of humanity ... and on a real time basis as of today. ... Believe, don't believe... the choice is mercifully yours."

This quote, it seems, is intended to support the narrative that "the reality you believe, you create". Of course, that's an easy way of dismissing anyone who does not receive the promised exchange opportunity. But, let's take a look at it. It doesn't take staring long. In reverse order, we are invited to believe or not, seemingly to the author's uninterest. He apparently has detached himself from whatever your choice might be. Well, that's fine. We all appreciate the power of self-destination and choice. So, no problem there.

Back to the beginning, "It's truly a matter of when the actual coordinated in-take "invitation" releases". Again, that works for most people I can fathom with any interest in the first place. I think everyone knows it has always been a question of when the invitation (presumably, the 800#s) releases (i.e., is given to us). When "they" give the invitation, we will come - naturally, assuming it's a genuine invitation to legitimately exchange our currency. Great!

So then we read, "which [referring to the invitation] by the grace of God is finally a structural reality for all of humanity ... and on a real time basis as of today." ummm... what? Most of us can accept that this, as well as all other things in life are by God's grace, so that part gets a pass. But, the author is now telling us that the invitation (or the 800#s ?) are "a structural reality for all of humanity "? Really? Does this mean the the 800#s are now, in some way, a fundamental part of our world and this reality - something concrete and - well - structural?

I would say that oxygen and gravity are "a structural reality for all of humanity". I think the same of procreation and continuance of the specie in the same way - that are so fundamental to our very existence that they might be called "structural". But, 800#s or the invitation that would lead us to them? No, they are folk tales and promises of those who declare themselves as knowledgeable. They are retold and evolving hopes that are said to trigger an opportunity we have longed for daily for years. They are a vaporous mist in the morning light - often placed before our minds by those who are said to know. But "a structural reality for all of humanity"? No even remotely.

That said, they could be reality. 800#s could become the marker within a story we tell for the rest of our lives as a metaphor to give hope of other pivotal moments of life that are real and, yes, structural for all humanity.

But for today, as with the last 100 or more days on which we have been promised the concrete and "structural reality" of 800#s, we wait. As the man said, "Believe, don't believe."

For me, hearing and "believing" the "invitation" is a simple and threshold detail. I am not in control of the invitation to call an 800#. I have no control over the procedure to receive the numbers or respond to them. If the "invitation" is extended, it seems to me my only choice it to accept it or not (a VERY easy choice), not to believe it or not. The operative "belief" in connection with the 800# invitation is a belief (or not) in whether or not that "invitation" will genuinely be extended.

So again, we read, "it's truly a matter of when the actual coordinated in-take "invitation" releases--which by the grace of God is finally a structural reality for all of humanity ... and on a real time basis as of today. ... Believe, don't believe... the choice is mercifully yours." I think we can all agree, therefore, this was not offered as a true announcement, but as poetic language given to excite interest and motivate that we "stay in the game".

Count on the worst, but hope for the best. That's what we're left with when encouragement is a higher ethic than information. Where we prefer inspiration over details. Where "sitreps" are more mini-sermons than situation reports. How cool would it be if we had a source which honored the word of truth, who reveled in sharing real progress but knew it was almost as useful to honestly report that no progress has been made. In just a few hours - days at most - we will know which of these describes the source of this "sitrep", the "invitation".
