Good morning beautiful souls.
What an amazing miraculous planet we live on! With so many wondrous beings. Including, of course, my family in this space.
I've been with some of my animal friends this morning as I always do, sharing love and healing with each other. And Hobnob said to me "why don't you share with everyone how you send love out around the world?" He seemed to think it would be a good idea!
It's so simple, and I'm sure that so many of you do this too, or something similar, but he said that didn't matter, the important thing was to be reminding people (so easy to forget in our busy lives), that this can be done anywhere, any time, whenever the feeling arises.
So, I sit quietly and place my hands on my high heart. I can feel the excitement of the vibrations rising.
I then go into that feeling of intense love, and imagine it filling up and spreading out in my house, my garden, my street and my neighbourhood.
I take a deep breath, then feel that love spreading out right across the city I live in, then the region, then the whole country, England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
Another breath as it builds beautifully. It then travels out into Europe, across Africa and Asia, across the vast oceans to America, and comes up over the North and South Poles.
So far it has visited all the land masses and all the beings who inhabit her there. All blessed by this wonderful love energy.
Another deep breath, and this brilliant wave of love is unstoppable as it reaches up into the skies and the atmosphere above us, taking in all the beings who live their lives on the wing. And deep down into the seas, and all swimming and crawling creatures of the depths.
Into the Earth herself to find all the little beings who make that their home.
And finally into the most amazing crystalline core of our mother Gaia. Where she takes this shimmering love energy, and in a mighty explosive burst, sends it back out for us all.
All as One.
