We only know that they(Abadi) wanted to deliver freedom b4 Ramadan. They will achieve that for sure! Now as far as an RV I know Abadi wants to kick off the balancing of the reforms hopefully RV is a place in that picture, they cannot continue to do what they need to do until all the world that backs, has investment in their country and so forth which had a suppressed rate in 2003 because of dictatorship and controls put on them by the United States and at 1166 that part of logic tells me there will be a change.
But when ? we have to wait-and-see! But I see it quickly IMO.
