"Quick Question"

Just a quick question for any of you intel providers that have an inside ear. We've passed another weekend, passed another event that was supposed to conclude with the release of the rv and yet nothing. What do you think its going to take to get this released? obviously the PTB are delaying this for something. I am not being negative I am being dead serious. If there is something else the PTB are delaying this for, what could it be? We are fast cruising into summer and from what I have been told, we have been done for a long time so just wondering why the delay?
