Finland / Looking for models of 24h shelters for undocumented

Hi,

Does anyone have information on existing, functioning models of 
24h-shelter for undocumented people in Europe? This is a burning issue 
here in Finland, and we are looking for models to look after.

Squatting solutions are unfortunately a bit tricky in the Finnish 
context, but any ideas or models on what to propose or welcome. If you 
know something, please drop me a line!
