Just a thought about using the police and sheriffs even the national guard to help with humanitarian distribution.

They already know their troubled neighborhoods.

It would help them in a public relations effort to soothe over past differences.

There have been a few commercials on tv that show hugging a cop isn't a bad thing.

Troopers giving away $100 dollars to drivers they stop instead of writing a ticket.

Zim holders could take sovereign rates and easily supply their local and state officers with enough money for the program to touch as many as they can.

I picture it as a reward for those residents that want to do good or what is right, or have the desire to make a better way for themselves.

Would cut down on needless violence/deaths if law enforcement is looked upon as a asset provider for the community.

DC on one of Tony's calls a few years back made the statement: Rich people don't shoot at each other, so we need to incentivize individuals to accept that mantra and become peaceful. A few Zim would go a long way in promoting a nationwide DO NO HARM agenda.

I think the elders and the NPTB would endorse such a program.

It 's a start that could be something good.
