CAT FOUND - DO YOU RECOGNISE HIM?

Does anyone recognise this male cat please?  He has been around the lower Stephanie area for a couple of weeks and marks on his neck suggest he may have been wearing a collar at some stage.  If you recognise the cat, please phone 97 687961
