The healthy discussion that has ensued as a result of very real and practical issues such as freedom of speech, what is correct and what is not, and even leadership styles is so constructive. Part of dismantling what came before is to bring these up into conscious view in order to be able to see what our underlying constructs actually look like practically, in time and space.
There is no one right way and some of us gravitate to that which we can relate to and feel comfortable with. Some of us gravitate to that which is different because it is that difference that offers them the learning. There are as many different ways as there are other selves an infinite possibilities.
Some prefer leadership that is autocratic and directive, being told what to do and think by their leaders. It provides them the space to focus elsewhere as needed. Some prefer leaders that are stewards and lead from behind, nurturing independent thinking and growth, allowing independent creativity and expression. There is no one right way.
Some prefer locked doors and some operate incredibly well and practically with open door policies. It is an entirely personal preference. There is no one right way. We can operate our own in our own homes and respect the wishes of the home owner in the ones we are visiting. Awareness and expansion.
In each culture the programmes instilled from birth also cause a bias that we have elected beforehand to enhance the learning. There is no one right way globally either.
We are ALWAYS the Pot Calling the Kettle Black
About the only certain thing is that what we perceive is due to our own filters sorting the infinite data out there at any one time. We literally create the world around us by our deletion, distortion and generalisation of that data based upon our underlying beliefs and values. That is why it is referred to as our own projections. Or referred to as a reflection. In this illusion we get to see our beliefs in full moving technicolour being played out in all its glory.
It can only be the Pot calling the kettle Black. Once we can see that we can see it in the first place it becomes a relief to know. All we have to do is what we are always so lovingly being reminded to do, which is turn inside to effect any change we want to see on the outside. It really is such a perfect system to engage with those beliefs. Quite literally a living school.
At the beginning it is always so much easier to notice it happening for others! That is a sort of preliminary step in the process. You know, the really obvious things like:
The friend that separates from their partner and then a few years later marries their duplicate.
The Leader that finger points and name calls yet rebukes his followers for doing so.
The unfaithful partner suspicious of their partners attention to others.
The list goes on and on. Any of these that I notice means I am at some level running that pattern myself. Where as in the past we tended to call OTHERS out on these now we know that we simply turn within and find the origin of the pattern in our own make up. There are so many wonderful posts on how to do this that I am working with. Experimenting with writing, singing and even movement. We process it in our own unique way so as to integrate by accepting/forgiving in order to move on.
That is the beauty of it. So simple when we can face ourselves with honesty and loving forgiveness and begin to create the world we want. Quite literally. And begin to see other selves as they truly are rather than our projections of them.
This is such a powerful weekend to be doing just that. Beaming as much love and forgiveness into the this beautiful planets fields. An honour and a privilege to be here in this moment with you ALL.
