Bolivar man pleads not guilty to felony charegs in Cattaraugus County

James J. Jurbala, 49, of Bolivar was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to an indictment that charges him with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a class E felony; Driving While Intoxicated, a class E felony and Improper Safe Turn, a violation.  The incident occurred on March 25, 2017 in the Town of Ellicottville, when he allegedly operated a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .31% and failed to use a turn signal before turning his vehicle.  The matter has been adjourned for motions.
