BB136, you are completely correct in your observations in my opinion. I think what is happening is that the person of Yosuf is indicating that, on the surface, the U.S. Inc is being allowed to play out until which point the restored Republic is announced.
The person of Yosuf's earlier comments about Ryan being the new President of the Republic need to be taken with a grain of salt. Why? Because he now clearly indicates that he doesn't pretend to know for a fact if Pence or Ryan will assume the position... although he still has his personal beliefs. That is at least much more honest than the agenda he was pushing earlier.
What is not clear is what will happen when the Republic is announced. Will everyone in Congress simply remain in their positions in the interim until new elections can be held? That is probably very likely except for one critical issue.
How do the NPTB explain the deception and corruption under the old corporation without completely implicating the entire current regime in the public's eyes?
Will they lie and hide truth and continue with the deception or will they get down to the serious business of addressing reality so that the public can get on with adjusting to the truth?
The current intel blackout and expected lockdown after the announcement suggests the latter to be the case. We will see...
