Wellsville Police arrested Robert J. Zaccaria, age 27 of Alfred, charging him with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and Speed in Zone. The charges stem from a traffic stop on West State Street in the Village. Zaccaria was issued traffic citations and released. Zaccaria is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Christopher J. Buell, age 44 of Wellsville for failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine. Buell was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh. Buell released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date to make his fine payment.
