"Events to Come" by Matt - 4.21.17
Dear Matt,
I was all over every line in your post, up until the very end. This bit gave me pause:
"Please tear me down, add to this or ignore me."
Here are my thoughts. What do you really mean to invite people to tear down, add to, or ignore? The ideas put forth, right? You as a person are not for tearing down. You are always due respect and worthy of loving attention. Yes? Yes! You are sovereign, just like Zimbabwe lol!! On the other hand, I agree that it's very good to be unattached to ones ideas. Once spoken they have a life of their own.
It's a small thing, but as OWK recently pointed out, words create the reality that we then live in. In the Indian tradition it's called matrika. Matrika is sound, letters and words that literally form the building blocks of creation. I understand Christianity also has teachings about the creative power of "the word". I'm guessing there is a wealth of knowledge among the various traditions of our world. Won't it be fun learning from each other?
Whichever way you slice it, isn't this awesome beyond your wildest dreams? I am so very excited for us!
