The Frontline Duo are two of Pafos’ top musicians known for their interpretation of some of the most challenging material in the rock/jazz/ blues spectrum
Konstantin (Kosta) Tsekmak’s tasteful, melodic guitar work and often jaw dropping solos display his well recognised virtuosity. Born and musically educated in Ukraine, Kosta teaches and performs mainly in Pafos though his reputation as a guitarist extends across the southern part of the island of Cyprus.
Columbia recording artiste Ian G can be described as a “seasoned performer” with an estimated 9,000 live gigs to his name (so far) in a career spanning T.V, radio, theatre, cabaret and of course, pubs in the UK and Europe. Vocally he ranges from mellow jazz standards to soulful blues and out and out rock, perfectly complementing Kosta’s amazing guitar with some neat six string work of his own. Newly rejuvenated after recovering from a serious illness, the energy in Ian’s vocals is remarkable.
The duo inject a sense of fun and enjoyment into their show which leaves audiences with a smile on their faces.
