A friend just emailed this --
"I went to Chase Bank this morning to buy a little more Dong (hadn't got any since last year).
The manager of the bank happened to be the one who waited on me and when I told her I wanted to buy some more Dong, she said she was told they were not going to have it available for sale any more because the rate was going to change.
She looked and said it was still available today but this would probably be the last day that they could sell that one.
It's really starting to happen and the banks have been informed."
