Saturday Eats - Yogurt Pancakes

We slept in until almost 10.  My husband was on the road all week and I had a busy work week and I just don't sleep as well when he is gone, so we were both zonked after his late flight rolled in from O'Hair.   Abby Lab seemed to understand and didn't come in with the usual Saturday "come on it's 7 am where is my breakfast!" wake up snoot. But once she was fed, WHAT to make for breakfast?
