The following "Restored Republic via a GCR as of April 13 2017" is where I got my information from via e-mail, (as I do daily) from IDC. I copied and pasted it exactly as I received it in my e-mail. It is also on the Intel Daily Chronicle Webpage.

5. The GCR will trigger a roundup of all Cabal members.
6. All banks not conforming to the rules will have their licenses immediately pulled.
7. We are past the RV and are in the exchange phase.
8. All currencies will be redeemed at face value and at screen rates.
9. If you have a humanitarian project you can negotiate for higher sovereign rates, will have a NDA, and a structured payout of up to 100 years.
10. On the structured payout you will be offered a 10% annual interest paid quarterly.
11. Your exchange is not taxable, but your earned interest will be taxed at the normal 20% earned interest tax rate.
12. By the end of April everyone in the internet group should be redeemed.
