Good thoughts! There was an article on yesterdays thread about contractor and engineers working in Iraq will walk off the job if not paid by April 10th. I went back to look for it this morning and could not find it. Maybe one of our newshounds can find it and re post it

South Korean company threats stopping work in Karbala refinery

Karbala local sources reported that the South Korean consortium, headed by Hyundai Company, stopped its works in the refinery and gave an ultimatum till 10 April, 2017 to get its financial allocations from the Iraqi government.
According to a statement by the second governor's deputy Ali al-Mayali, the company threatened to fire all the workers in the refinery.
A 4-hour meeting was held with the company, where it was proposed to form a joint committee to negotiate Premier Haidar al-Ibadi to pay the company before the end of the ultimatum.
There are 27.000 workers, including 2000 engineers working in this project.
