I dont know about what is this game about.
Absolutely.
There are a lot unknowns variables(how much money we are talking about-I can think big accordingly).
Developing Africa:
In my country during comunism was few things that helps develop us.
There was free loans for young families -enough to build house or buy flat(thats why we here have 90% houses ownership ratio)
Then there was -everyone had to work(we can make deal with goverment something for something)
There was local industrial centres build accordingly population there.
PS:Im not for comunism or totaly socialistic state,its just example.
Also I dont understand this:
If its this game about humanitarian projects only then again funding projects,figuring out things(all structure+details for city after city could be done public project offer like etc.

You know what I mean.The winning contractor will make project proposal,will build it etc.
Thats why I something missing here.That humanitarian thing only is not a issue in this game.

Wells Fargo Blocks Customer's Funds Belonging to iFinex and Tether
To this I have to laugh.
Cryptocurrencies have their own wallets and infrastructure,servers,totaly independent from banks,almost totaly anonymous and secure.
I heard that in crypto exchanges was some issues,but to have coins directly in home wallet is safe.
This article is selftelling propaganda.

I have say again thank you all. All the gurus, One Who Know, Sophea and FryBread , Zap and Susan, Cowboy Down Under, Daughter of Earth, and all the others that keep out energies up and faith motivated and our Intel fresh and explained to the best of abilities. If I was not here, and did not have an understanding of what is going on, I can only imagine what I would be going through. Someone said the other day, that all the fear can be an awakening moment for people and that really helped me deal with friends and family fears. Even with what I know, I have to admit I went back a few steps today, feeling like if we went to war, it would never end for the children, Which reminds me, I hear of the arrests, were there children saved from under the military bases? And if so where will they be going?
