Is this cabal game?Is this game of resistance?Will this game change something?Against who is this fight?For what reason are money dedicated to then.Is this official operation with official budget or private war and private funds for ... ?
I dont get it.
Up there are numerous specialists in every field which you can hire,we uneducated punks are somehow interesting for you,even you want give us tremendous money or positions.
There is no way that some agency is spending here so much time for just for few people
At least I know that you have heart right in place,thats makes me wonder that something good is on horizont,at least I have hope.

Thank you Lazarus for your informative post! Many don't realize how complex efforts can be in 3rd world countries.

I recently watched a segment on the World Food Programme. www.wfp.org . It was about getting food and water to villagers in Sudan. The organization has a ground force where they actually dispense the food. Then once a month, over several days, they hire all the military planes in the area to drop pallets of food in a field. They just fly over and drop them out the tail of the plane as they fly by. The efforts seem monumental. The cost is running 1.5 million a day to feed 7000 people for 30 days.
Instead of reinventing the wheel, many may just want to donate to organizations that already have infrastructure, and then can expand their infrastructure based on their added resources instead of starting from scratch. There is so many things to think about when trying to resolve issues in foreign countries.
