Global Ho'oponopono Today

Aloha and Thank You for Participating!

This is a Participatory Event via social media that includes a Facebook Live Stream from the Big Island of Hawaii. In the hours prior to the event, which occurs at 12pm PDT, take time to reflect on things you would like to let go of, resolve, things you are grateful for and love. At 12pm PDT go to Cooperatist Facebook Page to watch live feed. If you need to find the corresponding time in your region, you can Click here.

During the Ceremony you are welcome to type your thoughts, prayers, feelings into the comments section beneath the live video. Let us know where you are in the world. You can also post a picture on Instagram or tweet comments using the #malamapono hashtag. Your intentions will be included as the Ti Leaves are presented for the ceremony.

You will see a brief welcoming dance as the feed fills with viewers. Then there will be an introductory chant, E Ho Mai (Grant to Us). After the chant there will be a presentation of Ho'oponopono, a guided meditation, and Ti Leaf offerings made.

The Weaving has begun. Slowly we awaken to shed the layers of trauma, release the blockages to love, and give thanks to the past and future while firmly planted in the presence of now. The healing of the planet, the healing of our communities, and the healing of ourselves are intertwined. The journey begins within.

Happy Birthday John Muir April 21, 1838
Advocate of forest and wilderness conservation

What would the world be, once bereft
Of wet and of wildness? Let them be left,
O let them be left, wildness and wet,
Long live the weeds and the wilderness yet.

-Gerard Manley Hopkins
