I headed to the beach for the weekend, back to visit my old stomping grounds at the Peace Shack Hostel. On the way down the mountain yesterday we saw so many ship clouds, I thought to myself, 'Today's a good day for the event. Bring it on and beam me up, Scotty.' When I reached the hostel, I did what I always do when I visit here, picked up a guitar and played. The best way to break the ice with a new group of young souls is to play a little Knocking on Heavens Door. People just love a good spiritual revival when it's brought in from the past, Dylan style.
I have felt for some time when this little RV/GCR thing happens, I will be here in San Diego right next to the Naval Base that will be processing all the ZIM-a-holics like myself. So, Reptilian Rat Bastard Cabal Minions, if you're not too busy trying to screw up the world one last time, could ya just "STOP IT." See the attached video if you need some help with that one Dr New-Heart style. That way we can start cleaning up your mess already. Just saying, it would be nice to get on with taking all these great young souls I meet every day who tell me after a little chat "I just want to do something good for the world and find a way to get paid for doing it," and put em to work at doing just that. So "STOP IT" or you will as Bob puts it get buried in a box. Just saying!
I was standing on the pier this morning watching the best surfers San Diego has to offer, catching monster 10 foot plus waves and I see a 120-year-old guy running toward me down the pier with a surfboard under his arm and I think, 'Where is he going? He must have to use the restroom.' Then he throws his surfboard off the pier and right under a "Please DO NOT Jump or Dive Off the Pier" sign, he climbs up on the rail and jumps in. The large crowd gathered quickly to see if he was ok. He hopped on his board and paddled into the biggest wave to hit the pier all day and caught it perfectly. I turned to the crowd gathered and said, "When I'm 120 I want to be just like him, Fear-LESS."
