Coudersport woman sustained serious injury in crash

A Coudersport woman suffered potentially serious injuries Sunday afternoon when the 2005 Monte Carlo she was in crashed on State Route 16 near Smethport. Troopers said 33-year-old Jerad Robinson of Coudersport was driving westbound when he lost control at a curve. The car left the highway, struck a utility pole and overturned. The driver sustained a minor injury, but his passenger, 25-year-old Bree Ann Hay suffered more serious injuries and was taken to Bradford Regional Medical Center. Troopers charged Robinson with a speeding violation.
