--- To whoever is calling the shots on this RV roll-out. Folks, this last-minute wavering and indecision about how to contact currency holders is nothing short of alarming. You are causing a lot of stress and fear... which seems counter-productive to the overall plan.
Since you all seem to be having a hard time coming up with a solution to the problem of overloading the 800# phones, I would like to propose a solution. Use email addresses. These would be much harder to overload than phone lines. Break them up into some kind of groups- say like one address per time zone, or break them up by countries. We are, after all, an internet group. Let us do the contacting. That would eliminate a lot of the fear and confusion. And if you already have our information, it should be easy to sort out what to do for return contact procedures. Getting an auto-response back after submitting our info would make it much easier to kick back, relax, and keep our vibes up where they belong. Allowing us to initiate contact would reduce the possibility that anyone who is paying attention will be left out.
