"BLACK CARD" think about it
i might suggest that everyone reconsider the use of a "black card". there is no faster way to make yourself and accounts a target than throw out a black card to make a purchase. Get a simple amex green card or mastercard/visa and set your limits..you can simply call and open up the limit temporarily for a purchase then reset it.
Especially when travelling away from home...safety, privacy an security should always be paramount. These things are easier to protect than they are to regain
Envision...you and your family are vacationing in the islands. you are shopping, sunning and lunching. you whip out your "Im a Big Pete Black Card" to pay for lunch or buy some board shorts. the clerk immediately recognizes that you must be a millionaire to use that card. within 24 hours and after a night of shots at the bar among the staff, maybe 50 people on the island, with varying integrity and intent...know you are loaded and away from home
In my earlier years in business, owning businesses, holding professional licenses etc. i carried and used gold/platinum cards to court clients and to establish and present an image of professional and financial success. It was a social/professional tool..i needed that "image" to progress my business contacts and client base. After we attain those things, there is no longer the need to "create" them, especially if it compromises our security and privacy.
Think about it
It's your privacy. you must remember there will be 350 mil people that may possibly resent our new position and THOSE emotions can generate some perilous and unwanted attention from some that can't process or understand what happened and grant you the respect your good decisions brought forth.

Several years ago I overheard waiters talking about a guy paying with a black card. Every service personnel, hotel/store clerk, bus boy, waiter, cab driver, cashier, car rental, airline, etc. knows the meaning of such a card.
Using it in public is like announcing "I'm Wealthy. Target me" over a loudspeaker!
