This matter is for those who later want to help others. I've started a crowd funding page for a friend how has gone downhill for the past ten years, is in her late 40's, alone and overloaded with medical bills she can't even deal with.
t all started with Bell's Palsy, led to Trigeminal Neuroglia, and along the way someone told her Gamma Knife would help. She has eventually lost her bladder, has been on so many high dose meds that her teeth rotted and had to be pulled (in her late 40s!), her bladder died and she now has a urostomy bag, her knees had to be replaced, and now her kidneys are failing. She is divorced and all she has is her dog to keep her company.
I started a crowd-funding page for her and kept it so her family can not take her money meant for her medical bills. I'm sure I'll hear from them soon, but I'm not worried about them. My goal is to make her independent through outside donations, so she can get away from begging her family for money to get her prescriptions filled and buying her food.

Not sure if this is where this should be posted, but we are begging at this point for help. Shannon just had a pain pump removed, doctor closed her up but the bleeding didn't stop and the surgery site is nearly the size of a basketball. Shannon is vibrant and still has a will for living even though she seems to get beaten down daily with depression. Thank you for sharing her link with others even if you aren't able to donate.
