And that brings us to tonight's word: BROWN SUGAR

I love that a bona fide self admitted pinky is so passionate about the less fortunate, shit end of the stick, of the world. And golly, sergeant Carter, they just happen to be of color. Hmmmmm....isn't that special? Where do I start?

You said you wanted to wake up dinarland so when I read this at 2 am, I couldn't go back to sleep. Mission accomplished. Cod piece and all. Sans aircraft carrier. So there's that.

So...if you didn't know, Yosef is white. Me? I've got a little hue to my skin. Nothing big. Been told I look Greek. When back from Maui, I was told I look like from the island. Kind of a chameleon. But if you talk like a white, you can get a little ahead. If I was a Disney princess I'd be Snow Off-White. *rimshot*.

I'm high school I had a friend who was Italian but was fair skinned. I remember how much he tried to convince us he was really white. I used to tell him "Giuseppi, go make me a pizza" #nooffense. You're not a WASP. So, to hear this "straight to the heart" post from a white, it struck me as a brave thing to do. YUP. Brave.

Also, let us not forget that many of the poor people of color do not have internet and credit cards to buy a dong or ZIM. Yea remember that little Nugget? You're getting the ultimate monetary blessing from God and these people are just trying to get water and avoid mosquito bites that can kill them. Count yourselves very very lucky. So there's that.

White guilt is a time filler for bar room talk. A conversion that could never be completed. But....we now have a pretty little ZIM note that is worth trillions. Kinda makes that white guilt issue a little solvable. Right? Now, something can actually be done about it. So, let's keep an open mind about that.

Now to the disappointing issue. Some responses flat out do not want to help these countries that will not have millions of chosen ones within their borders to help out. I think the term safety was brought up. If you think safety is holding you back then you are conning yourself. You're copping out. And here's why: with 1 x 100 t ZIM note for sale at $30, you could hire a team of 100 lawyers to visit every college in the country and have them bird dog students from India, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam etc and offer them the chance to better their home land. Who would say no? No one.....no one. And you could remove yourself so far from the reason that you would be safe. Capiche, Guido?

I guess that brings up the subtext in Yosefs post of a single question? How deep is your love? (Bee Gees were white, right Joey?) Is your love endless? Is your pond bottomless? Or is your river shallow? Is your mercy limited to the borders of these United States of America or does it include the poorest of the poor wherever they may roam? Are you willing to cross 8 mile? Will you bless this side of the track because your car won't get broken into and not that side? If so, why don't you take a cool trillion with interest, build all the bridges and dams and community centers you want and leave the heavy lifting to those who want to get down on it?

So....I said that to say what?....Thank you for this one last "man in the mirror" moment. Thank you. I have been adding names of people I meet from these mentioned countries in a word doc. I'm building contacts outside us borders and not just to get a higher rate. I am looking for prosperity pilgrims to send out into the world. All to help my brothers and sisters. Think of what the cabal did to these people. It wasn't nice.

To quote Bonos twist on an old Dylan song:

The cabal played a big joke on humanity. I thought we all got it by now.

Finally, I had a few other taglines for this post. White vs whole wheat bread, pros and cons. Dark roast. My pink Cadillac won't turn over. Black is the new pink. Always bet on black. But one tagline I thought would also make a great nickname: White Chocolate. What to you think, bunker Billy? Wanna run that up the flagpole? But in the end, Brown Sugar is was. For many reasons.
