Will Nor'easter impact Allegany, Steuben?

There is still plenty of time for a forecast change, but AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME, a Nor'easter could kick us in the butt Monday night into Tuesday. The technical talk page from meteorologists isn't worth posting since...well, it's tech talk! Here is the National Weather Service posting in plain talk:

There is increasing confidence in a Nor`easter tracking up the East Coast Monday night into Wednesday. There are increasing probabilities that potentially several inches of accumulating snow could fall across western and north-central New York during this period. Gusty winds could bring some blowing snow with temperatures remaining below normal.
