Wellsville Police arrested Margaret E. Fenti, age 27 of Wellsville, charging her with AUO 3rd. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Coats Street in the Village. Fenti was issued a traffic citation and released. Fenti is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 11th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Craig F. Dibble, age 47 of Wellsville, charging him with AUO 2nd and Operating out of Ignition Interlock Restriction. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village. Dibble was issued traffic citations and released. Dibble is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 11th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested a 14 year old Wellsville youth, charging him with Criminal Sexual Act 1st (Class B Felony). The youth was processed and petitioned to the Allegany County Family Court for further action.
