· 3/12/17 – Shawna M. Foster, age 32 from Wellsville was arrested for Trespass following a complaint that she refused to leave the property of a local tavern. Foster was processed, issued an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court on 3/28 and released to a third party.
· 3/12/17 – Ridge C. Potter, age 27 from Wellsville was arrested for DWI, B.A.C. over .08%, Aggravated DWI-B.A.C. over .18%, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance Not in the Original Container and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th after police observed him slumped over the steering wheel behind a local business. Subsequent to the arrest, Potter was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and prescription controlled substances which were not in the original container. Potter was processed, issued traffic and appearance tickets for Village Court on 3/28, and released to a third party.
