Charles Bozzette, 34, of 55 S. Main St., Perry, NY was charged with Rape in the Third Degree. Wyoming County Deputies said Bozzette allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 16 year old female at a residence in the Village of Perry. He was arraigned in the Village of Perry Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Perry Police Department and the Warsaw Police Department.
