NY State Police Blotter

3/24/17 7pm- On April 26, 2016, state police investigated a domestic dispute in the Town of New Hudson. On Friday, troopers arrested Nathaniel L. Andreano, 25 of Friendship. He was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and harassment with physical contact. He was detained for court action.
3/24/17 8:20pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 248 in Willing, state police arrested Ernest C. Kear, 59 of Whitesville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08% and a traffic infraction. He was processed and released on court tickets.
3/24/17 8:35pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the Town of Wellsville, state police arrested Jason L. Burdick, 35, of Genesee, PA. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, no insurance and sub-standard lights. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
3/24/17 9:35pm- During an incident on State Route 244 in Alfred, state police arrested Simon U. Kalu, 19 of Elmont, NY. He was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd: packaging, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd: scales and criminal possession of marijuana 4th:more than two ounces. He was released on court tickets.
3/24/17 11:57pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 219 in the Village of Ellicottville, state police arrested Eamonn P/ Gleeson, 50, of Atlanta, Georgia. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and a traffic infraction.
