The Hornell Common Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2017, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 82 Main Street. There will also be a public hearing at 6:45 pm, prior to the meeting, to discuss Local Law #3 of 2017, Tax Cap Override.
