Fillmore man receives probation sentence, not prison in felony case

A Fillmore man accused of stealing a dirt bike, a safe, money from a concession stand and other offenses will serve a probation sentence and not prison time. In Allegany County court Tuesday, Christopher M. Frazier, 32, was sentenced to five years probation. Judge Terry Parker also ordered him to cough up $2,419 in restitution. Frazier had pleaded guilty last October to a single felony count of burglary. He was originally charged with three felony counts of burglary, coupled with possession stolen property. The crimes occurred last July in the Town of Hume.
