Deputies arrest Wellsville man

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on February 28^th, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Olean Police Department with the arrest of John F. Conklin, age 49 of Wellsville on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Olean Court. 

Conklin was processed, transported and turned over to the custody of the Olean Police Department.
