"Reflection" by Man of Service - 3.4.17

There's a philosophical quote that says 'If you see it in others, it's also in you'.

That goes for both positive and not so positive traits. Therefore, before you send in a critical post, especially towards our Intel guys, reflect on whether it's your own shadow behavior that you've not yet dealt with, and you're projecting it onto others. Also reflect on whether it's actually helping the situation, or lowering the vibration.

I'm not saying that everything has to be all sunshine and flowers all the time. In spirituality, there is a concept called 'ascendant' and 'descendant' spirituality, ascendant being that one looks up to heaven or the stars more often for their answers/guidance, descendant meaning a spirituality which is more grounded. Every human can be placed somewhere on this spectrum.

Another concept often talked about in spiritual or self development circles is the concept of 'holding space'. The articles below are the best I've seen to describe it:

A good example in this community would be One Who Knows. He holds the space here beautifully for us with his wisdom and rationality, and he does that because he's done the work on himself first. Nothing knocks him off his centre. Thank you OWK.

Now, this past week, I've become very frustrated with the delays, frustrated with the uncertainty, frustrated with the Ascension symptoms I'm having to deal with for the past four months. Despite living in a tropical country, my feet and legs are suffering badly and my energy levels are extremely low. But I'm not blaming anyone, and I'm being present with my frustration, stepping outside of myself and trying to maintain my centre, being 'Stoic' for you Philosophers out there. I'm holding space for myself by eating well, resting and preparing for the blessing as best I can.

My 2 cents on our Intel guys. I've listened to calls with Bruce and and Yosef several times. With regard to Bruce, I hear a genuine man who is remarkably centered for someone on this train for 12 years. How many of us could remain like this after 12 years, very few I imagine. We are at the stage now where the only real Intel left is mainly procedural because the system is done, what else would you like him to say? Twice a week, him and his Crew give up their time for free to provide updates and Intel. Thank you guys. It's free. If you don't want to listen, don't, but don't turn your frustration into ungratefulness.

Yosef, Brother, I get you, I really do, and you actually have a lot of responsibility given how many wait on your Intel. I appreciate you and thanks for your efforts. I understand your frustrations with people's criticism and ungratefulness for what your bring. Rise above Brother, like a Stoic, be mindful of the ego trap, and remember if you can see it in others, it's also in you, positive and negative.

FYI I will be spending a lot of time and resources in the Middle East post RV. I used to live there and know the region well. I've rarely if ever met an Iranian or Iraqi who wasn't extremely nice and humble. The poor people in Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Iran etc did not ask for this Deep State/Israeli/Clinton/Bush/Saudi led Shit Storm going back decades, and I'll be doing my bit to help fix it. I think it's only right that some of you also do the same.
