Wellsville Police arrested Cindy L. Mills, age 64 of Bolivar, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charges stem from a shoplifting complaint made by Kmart in Wellsville. Mills was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Mills is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 28th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Ryan J. Sheridan, age 23 of Wellsville, charging him with a Probation Violation. Sheridan was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Sheridan was returned to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail. Sheridan is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 21st at 4:30 p.m.
