Wellsville Police arrested Shawna M. Foster, age 31 of Wellsville, charging her with DWI, No Stopping/Standing/Parking on Highway and Fail to Change Address. The charges stem from a traffic stop on West Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville. Foster was processed, issued an appearance ticket and turned over to a third party. Foster is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 28th at 4:30 p.m. Additional charges are pending on Foster.

Wellsville Police arrested Thomas O. Miles, age 47 of Wellsville, charging him with Sex Offender Failed to Register – 2nd Offense (Class D Felony). Miles was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Miles was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail. Miles is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 21st at 4:30 p.m.
