Randy Post 424: Hello Family and welcome into February.....what a beautiful but chilly it is for us in the north.....blustery even with the wind today.....so Iraq is cutting the Internet.....basically "blacking out" the country for a while, starting tomorrow.....
remember we've been counting days.....30 is a fat round number.....the "black out" if you want to call it that will last until when....some time into the 3rd supposedly......
by some counting accord that may be 30 days......now this "black out" happened last year, just can't recall the exact timing....and it was for the same said reason of testing the junior high levels kiddos.....is that so truly important in a country where the politicians run rampant with corruption and dishonesty.....
is there a lesson to be taught to the younger generation here, or is this smoke and mirrors with a convenient curtain drawn about the smoke making machine......if so what else is being hidden......
the money that came in...remember that....the massive funds that floated from all over towards Iraq starting last week....and may have all come to a sudden end yesterday.....where is it all.....right now......
we've always been told to follow the money....but the larger the sums get the more difficult to discern the trail it seems.....
or the right people just make use of the fullness of their brains and knowledge and break up the huge icebergs of green....no not lettuce....but moolah....even the digital version......a little here....a little there.....fill that coffer.....grow this reserve.....those projects.....
it all adds up but it so strenuous to follow with any real reliability to it because like a magician's hocus pocus it happens today in the blink of an eye....even quicker in some ways.....

why because no one wants to spend time going around their country trying to do any kind of seismic work when they risk getting shot at or taken hostage or beheaded....Security and Stability.....

For his part, the source from the Ministry of Communications, the General Company for Post & Telecommunications continue the processing capacities of optical transport and links microwave to the various ministries and government institutions equipped with Internet service with more than a hundred units freelancing optical transport between Baghdad and the provinces processing for the benefit of companies and Internet service processing as well as been linked and run (15 link) Maekeroah Authority popular crowd and (11) other related companies equipped with Internet service .anthy

an HOUR..... what clock are they using here......so an hour a day for a week.....hmmmmm.....maybe he meant to say....one half hour.....who knows......watch what happens with all of this....I'm sure we will read and see more action on their part from it. Aloha Randy

Hey Randy ..... after reading it several times , IMO this is saying they were going to shut down for 3 hours for exams ... but changed that to only 1 hour ... which ,as you say, is confusing because 8:30 to 9 is only half an hour .... but either way , they are going to keep the internet on for various ministries and government institutions , between the provinces , popular crowd and related companies
Randy says Post 474: I concur Don and this floats with something else that I just wrote.....often times it takes more than reading a headline or skimming an article.....one has to "crack" the translation as it is.....good job on that here sir.....
I applaud this effort.....not sure this is anything out of their prior norms for whatever these grade school tests are for.....just amazing they would shut down world wide service for their country for the good of the grade schoolers.....makes one put a finger to the temple....is that left temple or right temple.....hmmmm.
