I believe the answer would be no we do not need Secretary Treasurer ,just like you believe Donald was president in December,I believe Treasurer is just waiting for confirmation but is already the treasurer especially after their meeting today. But then again I have been wrong so many times lol.

FRIDAY LAST WEEK THE SENATE WENT INTO CLOTURE , HAVE YOU HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT = NOPE ===AKA- A SECRET VOTE .

IF I WERE A BETTING MAN AND I'M NOT---- SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY WAS VOTED ON THEN AND SWORN IN SECRETLY AND A GOOD BET HE WAS IN IRAQ FOR THE MEETINGS THERE LAST WEEK.

EITHER WAY THE NEW SEC. OF TREASURY IS WORKING FOR US ALREADY. PJ
