Why is that significant? Articles from the CBI (long time ago) stated that they couldn’t have 2 rates in the same fiscal year. It’s never happened before for them to remove the indicative rate for that long.

Let's see how today shapes up its the 15th, the last day of the 12th -15th window and Frank kept saying repeatedly Time's up. I think Frank is right in the fact that Abadi wants this just as bad as we do, so hopefully this is coming to a rapid close. We have a CC tonight but I'd be more than happy with a rate change in the meantime..
