The information concerning "World Peace", was an eye-opener! All the moments of anticipation, praying and planning to serve others while waiting over the past years and months all seem spent in vain as now the release of the RV will be determined only by the goal to end "War" and a commitment to find the world at "Peace"! I am very glad that the final goal and purpose for the world to find Peace, written within the Paris Peace Agreement will perhaps be settled and open the door for Gesera.
I was under the impression that the GCR/RV was to have been released prior to Gesera. In addition, I had also assumed that the Gesera/Nesera law was to be initiated when there was 100% compliance to written requirements. Also, that no country would be permitted to benefit from the provisions of Gesera if they were not compliant. The Country that was not compliant would be penalized.
With regard to the GCR/RV, I was under the assumption that those who were being expected to carry out humanitarian projects would have a responsibility to do so prior to Gesera becoming a reality. I believed that serious humanitarians were set apart to commit themselves and their life's work to the welfare of others. In that light, I believed that the GCR/RV was for the welfare of humanity and meeting the needs of those who were in some condition of need. I was not aware that the requirements of Gesera would need to be satisfied in order for humanitarians to move forward to address the needs of humanity. I had also been under the impression that the funds granted for the exchange of currency for humanitarian purpose were to be invested so that humanity would have an easier time of adjustment and better ability to trust the future as Gesera/Nesera was introduced.
With regard to the benefits of Gesera/Nesera, they would only be granted to the Countries that were abiding by their promise to follow through with the agreement they signed. I did not believed that the needs of suffering humanity would be penalized for the actions of non-compliant nations. I was not under the impression that the funding, benefits, responsibilities and expectations related to the release of the GCR/RV were dependent on those of Gesera/Nesera.
Presently our Earth is facing torrential rain, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions far too critical for words. Humanity is beginning to realize that there is potential for grave harm due to increasing natural disaster. There is a need for food, water and shelter for so many they cannot be counted and there are homeless veterans and abandoned children who need medical and dental care. I had hoped that these souls would not have been expected to wait for help for so long. I had not been aware that the a global mandate for peace would hold them hostage to their pain and suffering much longer as the GCR/RV was to have been rolled out after the Sec. Treasurer of the US was sworn in. And yet again, a new delay has been introduced to an already lengthy list of delays.
I am speaking as a humanitarian and have no ill feeling or desire to intimidate anyone in authority or involved in the services provided within Dinarland, or those who have worked so diligently and sacrificially for the cause. I as speaking as one who wants to be understood as a seriously responsible humanitarian and as one with a sincere hope in an imminent release of RV funds in order to be ready to help those who need help.
If I had not written this post, I sense that I would have no feeling for what I am gladly waiting to do for others. I would also find myself less that concerned for those I am already aware are waiting for help. K
