1. On Feb. 4 2017 at midnight Sat. the Chinese Elders in Reno/DC/Virginia/NYC/ Dallas/Atlanta authorized release codes for the restored Republic's gold backed USN currency.
2. All banks and accounts worldwide were made accessible, and will be liquid Mon. Feb. 6 at 9am EST.
3. The global GCR/RV transition is now underway in earnest, which freely allows General Dunford to begin transactional operation across North America via activation of call and exchange centers at off & on site locations, plus local military bases (ZIM only).
