1. All info points to GCR happening soon, with exchange activity for most currencies said to begin mid-week.

2. From what I'm told the RV is already processing through with no specific end time.

3. I lean to to the theory that Mnuchin must be confirmed as Secretary of the US Treasury so he can sign off on the RV for the US. (Expected to happen next Tues. Feb.14 2017).

B. Feb. 11 2017 1:12 pm EST Geopolitical GCR/RV Review: "Transition" - Geopolitical/GCR/RV Review - Saturday - February 11, 2017

1. There is no more relevant GCR/RV Intel.

2. Everything structurally that needed to be completed has been achieved.

3. General Joseph Dunford is in control of the RV release here in the US.

4. Ancient Chinese Royal Elders are in control of the new financial computers and satellites globally, as its their private gold holdings backing the new global monetary system.

5. HSBC is their global paymaster for all bank-to-bank and bank-client payouts.

6. HSBC is a Chinese Elder owned and controlled bank.

7. There are no more perceived delays. Rather, just a pre-set performance day and time.

8. All 209 governments have complied with GESARA mandates, which was a negotiated treaty designed to govern all future aspects of the global monetary system.

9. Security for this financial transition is inconceivably high and largely invisible to the untrained eye - land, air and sea.

10. The sheer financial abundance of this transitionary event is meant to transfer wealth back to the masses and permanently eliminate the advantages of those in the once-ruling elite class.

11. There are 30 million plus currency holders who are anticipated to participate from every continent, with the most by far living in the US.

12. Over 12,500 in-take locations are ready to receive currency redeemers and process the exchange.

13. This global transition process first began in the fall of 1996, and was first globally attempted on September 11, 2001.

14. Every world leader is very well aware of the financial transition, though sworn to secrecy - as are board level decision makers at every major bank and large corporation worldwide.

15. The entire central banking mechanism has be reformed as a result of the transition.

16. Many existing government leaders, unwilling to accept these dramatic changes, have been publicly removed and are being quietly replaced with GESARA compliant governments that include the US, Canada, UK, Italy, Brazil, Ukraine and Israel.

17. All financial transaction now have 100% digital transparency and tangible asset backing. This is to eliminate theft, drug and human trafficking, plus war.

18. All deep underground bases and nuclear weapon stockpiles have been dismantled.

19. New patented technology breakthroughs will be released to humanity, creating environmental stability and clean energy independence at the individual level.

20. Chemtrails, GMOs and pharmaceutical toxins will be removed from the human experience as well.

21. Now conflicts between nations will be settled through diplomatic channels, versus military conflicts.

22. Media conglomerates reporting fake news will be reprimanded and shuttered if the problem persists.

23. Politicians representing private citizen interests over the mass of their population will be first censored and then ultimately replaced.

24. The clandestine nature of the transition was enforced to keep the global population calm while these radical GESARA changes were enforced.

C. Feb. 11 2017 11:41 am EST Intel by One That Does Not Claim to Know: "Sitting on Intel" by One That Does Not Claim to Know - 2.11.17

1. My Intel comes from people who have submitted very large boxes of bonds and currency. Turns out we do have access to the Admiral sometimes. No special treatment, but sometimes we are able to back up our intel when the Admiral responds.

2. The latest is that Chinese Elders paid out. Six years ago that was agreed to, and was the way it was to be.

3. Reno is counting currency to be ready for disbursement of gold-back US currency over the weekend.

4. RV go could be Thursday, Friday, next week or maybe sooner!

5. It may have to do with Mnuchin being sworn in and having to sign off on new gold back currency.

6. Mnuchin is a total crook. He was connected to One West Bank, which was owned by a who's who elitist club backed by the Bush administration. One West Bank was a new bank designed to foreclose on property and make huge profits during the real estate implosion. I know. I tried to work with them to do loan mods for my clients loans and they never returned a call. In fact, if a prospect called and they where with One West Bank I told them I just could not help them out.

7. That being said, Mnuchins is Trump's appointee and we may need him - hopefully for just a little while to get the RV done.

8. Trump will have to announce the new gold back currency middle of next week to get the go Thursday or Friday.

9. My intel states there will be an announcement.
