2000 employees being trained this year ..(see article below) .. getting up to snuff on all the latest regulations and techniques in International banking .... to keep pace with the latest developments .... to help weed out money laundering and terrorist financing .... with regular , continuous follow-up from the UST to make sure no one slips back into old habits or ways of doing things ....
Politicians like Maliki and his partners in aggression .... along with other evil organizations .... need a huge source of funds to carry out their plans .... and spread their agendas .... cutting off the cash cow is a huge step in slowing them down .... IMO ....
Also doesn't hurt to have an efficient system in place to handle the huge flows of money coming in and going out of Iraq ... as they revalue and rebuild their currency .... and their country ...

Well it sure appears they have been diligent in preparing to take Iraq into the World of Sophisticated Market Economy Banking. They just didn't start this yesterday. It in fact it has been on going for over a year now. It tells us over 148 banks with over 300 employees and looking to expand to 2,000 employees to have the skills necessary to move Iraq along and into a market economy. They will be looking for those that have education to place in newly created jobs. Note: that it is and will be an ongoing process with the UST! Two thumbs up imo!
