Dawn was a member of the Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crafts, puzzle books and most of all family gatherings.
Surviving are her siblings, Steve Ballard of Franklinville, Alberta (George) Weichmann of Yorkshire, Cindy (Donald) Hitchcock of Allegany and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by four brothers, Reed, Norbert, Douglas and Nolan Ballard.
Burial will be in White Cemetery, Rushford.
