I was talking to some of my friends … who have invested for many, many years in Iraq … like 8 years now … one friend said that the CBI got a hold of us … IMO … my friends have established businesses in Iraq – not profitable at a program yet … 2 or 3 different businesses they invested in … they haven’t made a penny … but they are in IRAQ!!! You’re not … but indirectly you are with EO 13303. My friends are HEAVILY INVESTED in Iraq … to see everything in Iraq grow.
One of them told me that they have these ATM machines … and the CBI wanted them to install the ATM machines. So they did. I talked to him again recently and he said that “we’ve got over 1,000 machines in the Northern region of Iraq … but they are NOT programmed yet for the new monetary platform that they are trying to establish. The software is different. The old machines don’t recognize the lower denoms.
You know what’s on this ATM? “MASTERCARD” with their big logo … which says “INTERNATIONAL”
President Trump already threatened Iraq once … I told you … “I’ll just take your oil” – and you saw Iraq move!
Threat #2 – I’ll take over the DAWA party … take over the GOI … put in our own government and get the ball rolling in your country. Would you like that? No! No! No! … next thing you know … 30 ministers fired!
He threatened them again … and I can’t even remember what that was about but once again … Trump threatened them again.
He says to Iraq … I’m just going to keep your money … over 500 Billion of frozen assets that is here in the USA. And you know what … Trump will do it … he’s that kind of “no excuses” guy.
Same with Iran … Iran fires off missiles … and Trump sent them a message … so Iran took them off of the launching pad.
The whole world is jumping all over the place … more so in the Middle East … when Trump talks.

What happened yesterday and into today?
I had a phone call from Delta. He said that the CBI website has …
No program rate since the 4th of January
The cash portions haven’t been labeled
There are no LOC’s in the auctions – anywhere
Now the auctions don’t even show any remittances
The CBI met at 10am on Tuesday with many, many big bank managers in Iraq and they talked … about their INTERNATIONAL banking structures … money transfers … and WHEN they are planning on going INTERNATIONAL.
Whoa! By the way Frankie … have you seen any auction lately at the CBI? No! You son of a gun Delta! WOW! No more auctions! No more MCP’s? We are inching closer and closer to what the UST and the IMF wants … which is equivalent to the President of the United States.
All of this movement due to the new President of the United States.
BTW … Frankie … don’t forget the IBAN and the SWIFT codes – they are also ready.
Have they been APPLIED? Yes! All the IBAN number are established.
There is an IBM international website … sponsored by Switzerland … (pretend like you own a Wakra account) … if you go to this IBAN website … you will see that the Wakra numbers are there. All of the banks in Iraq now have IBAN numbers!
Remember in the 1st week in December … you know … when they changed the meeting from the 7th to the 5th … because it was important to change that date … that’s when they came out of that meeting and said the IBAN system was set up … and they IMPLEMENTED it January 2nd. Announced on the 15th of December … and the IBAN has been active since January 2nd. Oh man! We are INTERNATIONAL!
This website that shows the IBAN numbers and all of the banks around the world … electronic transfers … whole list international banks … INCLUDING IRAQI BANKS!
No wonder why TRILLIONS poured into Iraq … so easily.
Delta continues to monitor this website … monitoring IBAN numbers … setting up ROUTING NUMBERS … ready to go through Wakra.
The IBAN numbers … they show all of the activity … all transparent … transfers … through the world’s system.
Frank … this is very exciting! Another indicator that the monetary reform is SOLIDLY in place and ACTIVE! Very exciting! Many things are in place … but few are becoming ACTIVE NOW!

So … this meeting that happened a few days ago (Tuesday at 10am) … this will allow all maintenance to “appreciate” internationally.
On the spreadsheet … CBI website … the cash portion that was being shown on the Arabic side … auctions stopped 2 days ago on Monday.
No more numbers of cash
No more credit numbers
No more remittances for world transfers
Everything … is gone … just like the rate did on the 4th.
So … can all banks in Iraq do transactions internationally freely … on their own? Yes!
Now the CBI doesn’t have to do all of the work (paperwork) to move money for the banks.
Those days are gone! No more CBI telling the bank branches how to do international transfers.
This is a BIG step of the monetary reform!
For those who say … “we already knew that” … you didn’t know that it was ACTIVE!
The first gathering was on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday … IMO … amazing what they can get done.
Moving from MANUAL to ELECTRONIC to do business with an international world!
The only thing that is missing is an INTERNATIONALLY accepted RATE … NOT a program rate.
In addition … the eDinars were launched!
Why are they important for the US Treasury and the IMF?
eDinars represent SECURITY and STABILITY.

So where is our study now?
From the 12th to the 15th of February.
Delta and I believe this to be a good window to see a change in the rate.
So many beautiful comments have been made by the “powers-that-be” on the progress … that we’ll cover tonight.
IMO … from the 12th … if they wanted too … they could approve a NEW RATE for their currency … then 3 days later … legally … they could put it in the UN Operational Rates on the 15-16th. Isn’t that interesting?
In fact … on the 18th and 19th of January … they also met …didn’t they? Yes they did.
So, if we don’t see anything from the 12th to the 15 of February … (this is our next study).
When they met … and that was the last time they met … on the 17-19th … the IMF / UN met with them … and many other agencies … IMO … they talked about the new exchange rate … that they have well calculated … and IMO … they approved this new rate.
IMO --- on Jan 12th the CBI presented the new numbers that have been missing now for over 41 days.
So Jan 12th … they talked … then they met again on the 17-19th … with the IMF.
The coming weeks … they have BIG reasons to lift the 3 zeros from exchange rate … and bring back the GLORY DAYS of the IQD.
The 4th is gone from our calculation of 30 days
The 12-15th is what we are studying now … and if not … we look towards the 17th, 18th and 19th … looking for the possibilities of windows for them to lift the 3 zeros from their currency.

So, if we don’t see anything from the 12th to the 15 of February … (this is our next study).
When they met … and that was the last time they met … on the 17-19th … the IMF / UN met with them … and many other agencies … IMO … they talked about the new exchange rate … that they have well calculated … and IMO … they approved this new rate.
IMO --- on Jan 12th the CBI presented the new numbers that have been missing now for over 41 days.
So Jan 12th … they talked … then they met again on the 17-19th … with the IMF.
The coming weeks … they have BIG reasons to lift the 3 zeros from exchange rate … and bring back the GLORY DAYS of the IQD.
The 4th is gone from our calculation of 30 days
The 12-15th is what we are studying now … and if not … we look towards the 17th, 18th and 19th … looking for the possibilities of windows for them to lift the 3 zeros from their currency.
